Why Do You Need a UPS System?

Even brief power outages can result in data loss or potential hardware damage. A UPS system provides battery backup power to keep your devices running during short outages and provides enough runtime to properly shut down electronics during extended outages.

Product Q&A

Can this UPS model be monitored?

Yes, it comes with a free download of PowerPanel Business that provides a user-friendly interface for controlling and monitoring the UPS. The pre-installed RMCARD205 network management card allows for remote monitoring and management of the UPS.

Do all of the outlets have battery backup power and surge protection?

Yes, the PR1000RT2UN is equipped with eight battery backup and surge protected outlets.

Can this unit run a sump pump, laser printer, or other larger office equipment?
